SOSPODCAST is an intimate and honest space where we invite actors and actresses with meaningful careers to talk beyond stages, sets, and spotlights. This project was born from the need to reclaim the value of conversation as a human act, exploring with those who portray stories on screen the issues that truly matter off it: relationships, identity, loss, motherhoods, decisions, fears, memory, and transformation. Each episode offers a pause in the industry’s frenetic pace to open a safe space for sharing personal experiences, tender ideas, and unanswered questions. At SOSPODCAST, the focus is not on promoting projects, but on what those journeys have taught about inhabiting the world with awareness, with contradiction, with care.

The result is a living archive of conversations that bridge the professional and the intimate, shedding light on what remains hidden behind the character: the person. Acting, after all, is also a way of listening and of seeing. SOSPODCAST gathers those ways of seeing to return them— with humility and depth— to an audience that is also searching for meaning.
